This is one of my all time favorite homemade ice creams. It is so smooth, and I love raspberries. I made this for myself on Mother's Day because I felt like I deserved it.
Raspberry Sour Cream Ice Cream
2 10 ounce frozen raspberries ( I blend mine in the blender)
3 1/2 cups sugar
5 tsp vanilla
1 5 1/3 oz evaporated milk
1 cup sour cream
6 eggs beaten
1 quart heavy cream
Mix together and add to ice cream machine. Enjoy!
Hey I have some in my freezer now so if you are dying for some, bring up a bowl and I will fill it!
